It was my first time in a real massage place & I loved it! Everyone was so welcoming & so nice! Eliza was my massage therapist and she was amazing all around! I enjoyed our conversation as well ! She is hilarious 🤣 !! Eliza got me feeling like a whole new woman too! She stretched out my sciatic nerve area & it helped me so much!!! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town! 5 stars!

Canceling with Hand and Stone! They push the narrative that you can use your packages for family and friends, but I definitely don’t remember being informed there would be fees associated with it! I’ve done this with my daughter twice and the last time she had to pay $10 to utilize my package! They’ll find ALL kinds of ways to nickel and dime you out of your money! To top that, once you cancel, you have 90 days to use the left over packages! Wow!! No problem taking funds, but clearly there’s an issue with HOW quickly you use them!

If you use the app to book sometimes there will be mess ups with appointment times/therapist. I’ve gone to multiple MT at different locations, Chris is a constant for me! He is comforting, Fantastic with DT and med/light pressure, I recommend him highly!!

High turnover of front desk staff. Multiple reminders of appointments as you're charged for cancellations the day of, but they can cancel your appointment the day of without any type of compensation. Massage therapist is pretty good.

Heather and Leanne. These ladies deserve recognition. Every second with them is productive - they don’t mess around. They target the exact areas you request; you don’t leave feeling like what you came in for wasn’t taken care of. I do recommend pre-booking if you know your schedule. Leanne has amazing availability during the early/middle week if you’re able to find the time. Heather books up a bit in advance so if you fall in love for sure always prebook with her if you can!

My massage was good. It was too short though just a tease. But Casey has man hands and it was just the right amount of pressure for me! And my temples were massages just right! Next time I need at least 2 hours though!

Do NOT go here. I booked an hour massage introductory offer for $79.99 for my girlfriend. She went to the massage and afterwards they told her she was good without paying or signing anything. They then proceeded to charge my card $129.99. Scam artists. Beware.
